Shelf life and use:
Organic hempseed flour has a shelf life of at least 8 months if it is well closed, protected from heat and sunlight. Use up quickly after opening. If the air humidity is high, the flour can clump.
Our organic hemp flour can be used for many purposes. It is especially appropriate for bread, rolls, cakes, dips, pancakes, smoothies, and muesli as well as in sauces, desserts, ice-cream or to thicken soups. There are no limits to creative use. Up to 10% of grain flour in a recipe can be substituted with hemp flour; due to its very good capacity to bind water you may have to adjust the amount of fluids accordingly.
