Shelf life and use:
Walnut oil has a shelf life of at least 9 to approximately 12 months if it is stored tightly closed and protected from heat and sunlight.
Store refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 month maximum.
For the preparation of fine salads, soups and sauces. Especially sweet dishes such as fruit salad, Crêpes, cakes and biscuits can be enhanced with this oil. Walnut oil can also be used to fry meat, fish and vegetables. However be careful not to heat it above the smoke point.
